The Recording Studio. Encompassing two rooms on the 2nd floor and the parlor on the main floor – the
recording studio has been custom-built into the home, but without destroying any of the original walls
or ceilings. All rooms have multiple dedicated 20-amp power circuits and custom analog and digital
wiring. The power and audio wiring runs inside conduit on the exterior of the house – and has been
painted with the overall exterior to blend in. The basic studio design is the control room and small
tracking room on the 2nd floor, with the drum and full-band tracking area on the main floor. All custom-built acoustic treatment and stainless steel tie line boxes, as well as the main console and patch bays –
